Well, I wasn't able to focus as much as I like on this. I got the news at work that I got a pretty decent promotion. It comes with a bonus and a really good raise. It'll be a little tougher, but I'm up to the task. Anyway, let's get on with this thing...

Tried to do some elliptical work, but my mind wasn't on it. Pretty happy about the news, so I just left. Legs are next. I need to prepare to wobble when I walk!
