Shoulders and Calves

Good workout. Got a really nice pump in the shoulders. Didn't waste any time with this. 1 minute between everything. Basically, I wanted to get out of there b/c the place was slammed again. Here's what happened:

Warm Up on Treadmill 5 minutes 4mph 3% grade

Seated DB Press: 30X15 35X11 35X8 40X6
Standing DB Lateral Raises: 10X14 12.5X10 15X6 15X5
Bent Over DB Laterals: 20X14 22.5X8 22.5X7 25X6

Reverse Calf Raises: 4 sets of 15 with body weight

25 minutes treadmill Forest Walk program 3.8 mph 12% grade
