Biceps are still sore but they feel great!

warm up 5 min spin bike

I joined this new gym a couple of weeks ago and Im trying to figure out the weights on some of the new machines.

Machine press(Just posting weights added)
warm-up no added weights 12 reps
20lbs 12 reps x 2
40lbs 10 reps x 1
50lbs 8 reps x 1
50lbs 4 reps x 1
no added weights 10 reps x 1

standing lateral raise
10lbs 12 reps x 3
15lbs 10 repsx1

front dumbell raises
10/12/3
15/10/1

underhand cable row
50/12/1,60/12/1,80/10/2

lat pull down
70/12/4

seated calf rasies
45/20/6
