Seated barbell press 65x15, 95x12, 135x6, 135x5, 115x7
Smith machine upright row 115x6, 115x6, 95x8
Bent over dumbell raise 20x8, 20x8, 20x8
Superset one arm cable lat/front raise 25x6, 25x8

Decline crunch w/ medicine ball 15,15,15
Rev crunch on incline bench 10,10,10

Still dont have a spotter so I am not going as heavy as I want to.
