Haven't been in the gym for my own training since last Monday!
What a drag!
Here's how today went.

Machine presses
15x50
12x70
10x90
8x100

Standing lateral raises
14x12
12x12
12x15
10x15

Behind the back barbell wrist curls
10x45
10x65
10x85

Lying side leg raises
2x10
Hanging machine oblique tucks
2x10
15 min cool down

Left with a very positive feeling about this workout.
