I'm wasting no time when I do the work outs lately. With work and rehearsal taking up a large part of my day I have no time to stand around and do nothing.

Warm Up: the usual

Seated DB Press: 22.5X15 25X12 30X10 35X6
Seated Lateral Raises: 10X14 12.5X11 12.5X8 15X6
Bent Over DB Laterals: 20X13 20X10 22.5X6 25X5

Seated Twists: 3 sets of 15 on stability ball (to mix it up)
Leg Raises: 15 14 10
Crunches: 25X15 30X15 35X15

25 minutes HIIT on the elliptical. 2 min warm up...1 min high and then 1 minute lower intensity...until minute 23 when I did a two minute cool down. This was a real sweat fest for me. Good grief.

The other good thing was I really did work my shoulders. I could hardly lift them over my head afterwards. So, that's either good...or my brain has decided to stop working.
