This place is still crowded beyond belief. Ugh...I hate that. I just put the headphones on and get to it. Here's what happened...I was a little disappointed but whatever. I'm going at it as hard as I can.

Machine Presses: 70X15 75X12 80X10 85X7
Seated DB Presses: 30X9 35X7X5X4
Standing Lateral Raises: 10X14 12.5X9 15X5 15X4

Machine Standing Calf Raises: 70X12 85X11 100X9 115X6

25 minutes on treadmill Forest Walk pgm 3.8 mph 12% grade.

Now, to collaspe.
