After a week long vacation, I hit the gym again today.

Standing lateral machine raise 15x10, 20x8, 25x6, 30x6
Military press 95x10, 115x8, 135x6, 135x6
Standing dumbell lat raise 10x14, 10x14, 12x12, 10x15
