Front dumbell raises 20x10, 30x8, 35x6, 35x6
Seated dumbell press 25x10, 35x8, 45x6, 55x6
Standing lateral raises 10x14, 12x10, 15x10, 20x10

Short workout today. I have duty so I am not able to spend as much time in the gym as I would like.
