Shock Therapy Day..................
So, to be honest, I have been really bad the last couple of weeks, I've had chocolate almost every day. Just couldn't stop myself. I figured I was safe and it was OK since I didn't gain any weight (or at least so the scale says). So just for the heck of it, I measured myself this morning.............BOY WAS I IN FOR A SHOCK............. I gained back about 3 inches in my midsection, in just 3 weeks!!! O M G what have I done. Scr.. the evil scale, how worthless, misleading, who cares how much I weigh, inches is what matters, inches you can see. Diet is by far the hardest thing to control. I have to get better at it!!!
35 min. CARDIO (eliptical trainer) interval training course
-2 min. warm up
-30 min. of 2 min. intervals:
intensity: 6 .....incline: 6 .....speed: 140-150 SPM
alternating with
intensity: 10 .....incline: 10 .....speed: 115-125 SPM
-3 min. cool off
total body stretching
