Saturday Morning Cardio!
So this morning I got up, drank my water and went downstairs to do my cardio. This was the first time in a long time that I have worked out in the morning. I can't say I had fun since it was cardio day, but I finished it anyway.
25 min. cardio (eliptical trainer)
At the end of my session I did some lower body stretching, then I had my protein shake with a banana and some protein cereal mixed in. Yummy!
I was thinking....I have to burn 3500 calories in order to get rid of 1lbs of fat. Well, only 3151 more to go....LOL
