Saturday &gt; Leg training

Saturday was leg training. I haven't had a "formal" leg training in a long time.
*Machine Lunges. Great exercise!! Never done it before. I could feel the stretch. I would have to take care in the proper position and the breathing, because I started to feel dizzy after a few sets. But, overall it was a great exercise and I will include in the following weeks.
*Machine Squats. This one was tough, I couldn't do too much because I started feeling dizzy doing lunges. I sucked at squats.
*Machine Leg Curls. Should have put more weight... ah well, next time. Good thing I'm loggin also the weights, so I will know next week my min and my max weight in every exercise or muscle group.
Then I did some cardio. It felt better than before, I think I'm getting used and my body is getting in shape for cardio. I already lost 1½ Kilo (3½ pounds approx.)!!!
Eating was normal, I passed the "Junk Food" test on saturday night. My friends ordered some take out and I stood with tuna and cheese.
