Very pleased with myself, because I have had to order bigger weights for my dumbells - 10kg each (or 22lbs) are no longer heavy enough and I have ordered 4x5kg plates :o)

one arm dumbell rows: 6.5x12 ; 9.5x10 ; 9.5x10
seated dumbell curls: 3.25x12 ; 3.25x12 ; 3.25x10 ; 3.75x10
dumbell 21s: 21x2.5 ; 21x2.5 Oh My God! I take it the person who invented these had a very disturbed upbringing
twisting crunches: 10 ; 10
leg raises: 12 ; 10 only supposed to do 10 reps but I got distracted during the first set!
25 minutes on the elliptical, steady pace (ish)
