Haven't had a chance to sort it out and change stuff. Took less of a break between the sets to give it a bit extra

chest press: 1x12 warm up; 4 x 12 @ 30k
incline: 1x12 warm up; 4 x 10 @ 25k
flies: 4 x 12 @ 2.5k
pullovers: 4 x 12 @ 10k

leg press: 2 x 15 @ 20k warm up; 4 x 12 @ 80k
(after each set of leg presses)
calves: 4 x 12 @ 80k (varied foot position)
hack squat: 4 x 12 @ 20k
extensions: 4 x 12 @ 40k

super set of close grip & push downs
12@20k; 12@25k; 12@30k; 7@35k
