Sad, sad day :(
Took my parents to the airport yesterday. The 2 weeks were over way to quick. They made it home safely and the next time I will see them will be August 2007 at the latest, hopefully sooner if they sell their house. I'm happy to report that even though I ate a lot of junk, I did not gain any weight. Probably because I ate a lot less and was more active. It will be a challange to get back into working out and losing weight!!! I think I'd be very happy with myself if I lose another 30lbs. That doesn't seem so bad compared to where I started from.
