Running Part 4

I designed a new running plan:

Monday - 2 miles
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - Hill/Interval
Thursday - 2 mile Fartlek
Friday - 20 min jog (10 min pace)
Saturday - 4 miles
Sunday - Rest or Recovery jog(no more than 15 min)

I completed the 2 miles yesterday at about a 9:10 pace, and I had to take a break in between miles because I got a cramp. My goal is still 7:00 mile. I know I can do it if I actually stick to this plan and run consistently.
