yesterday morning:
assisted chins 12x50, 8x45, 5x40, 4x40
chest press 12x14, 10x35, 8x37.5, 6x37.5
shoulder press 12x5, 10x15, 8x17.5, 6x20
tricep machine 12x15, 10x30, 8x35, 5x35
bicep machine 12x5, 10x12.5, 8x15, 3x17.5
in the evening I did 30mins on the elliptical. and ate 3 pieces of 90th birthday cake (my gran's). It was my night off.
