Revamped

So I just redid my workout to just include free weights. Ive noticed I feel more comfortable using free weights than the machines... I am so glad i started. I definitely feel better. Now if I can just get my diet in order, lol.

On a side note, i think I may need to switch to the elliptical. I have joint issues and my ankles arent too happy with the running... I'll try one more week. Hopefully they wont be too bad.

    Free weights beat machines in so many ways. When you use free weights, you are working hundreds of accessory muscles that work to keep you balanced. A standing curl works more accessories than does a seated curl. Make sense? If you want more challenge try doing a routine on a fitness ball. That will really give you a good workout. Keep going kiddo.
