RESULTS! Last Day of week 1!
My diet was good yesterday, even though I will follow the diet on a daily basis, I decided to take a logging break on the weekends. This week was definitely a tuff one, but I'm loving the results (big smile!)
Since this week was a great success for me I'm planning on repeating what I did for a few weeks. That way I can use the extra workout days that I'm planning to add as plateau breakers.
