Relaxed Day

All I did today was a push day w/ Kettlebells and pushups, along with a pullup workout. Tomorrow I really want to run but I keep getting in a self defeating cycle with that. I'm going to stop trying to run for time and go back to what I used to do, just run for a set distance. I plan to start low only 2 miles at a time, but I want to work up to 5-6 miles regularly. More specifically my goal is to run 6:00-6:30min 1 mile, and add 30 seconds for every mile. So, 2 miles would be a 7:00min pace, 3 miles would be a 7:30min pace, so on and so forth. I think that is pretty attainable, I just need to stop biting off more than I can chew and start from the basics.
