Rehab

Started work at 6, did some light cardio as I'm doing rehab for my ankle and shoulder, did my rehab exrecises for the shoulder, there is still one exrexcise that my shoulder doesn't like, but for the rest I'm good.
Pushed one of the members on the weights. she needs it as she wants to do a bodyshaping competition, so she needs all the help she can get.
A well back to work.
