reflection

I am a mother of 4 kids i have gotten to the point i avoid mirrors at all costs...i dont like my reflection and really never truly have...my almost complete lack of self confidence has gotten in the way of me loosing the weight...i always think " whats the point ill still be ugly"......im sick of feeling like this but need major help with my motivation ...also i need help on how to do this

    I also am a mother of 3 kids and it will bring on changes in your body that make it almost unrecognizable. On top of needing to lose the weight I'm also sure you know how hard it is to find time for yourself to do the work outs you need to do. Shoot even taking a shower at my house is very quick as it seems my children always need something. What I've done is calculate how many calories I need to lose the weight. There are sites online that you can go to to figure out how many calories a day you should consume in order to lose steady weight.. Drink mostly water and run/walk at Least 30 mins a day. I also do strength training every day but I think every other day is recomended. However I do find it hard to stay motivated so I've just started my diet and exercise back in the last two days but I'm determined to do this! I hope I've helped in some way and I understand the no confidence thing truly but I can assure you no matter what there are many things about you that are attributes.
