really bad day :-(

Today was really difficult for me. My intire lower body hurts and I feel weak and tired. It was nice and sunny today, I almost didn't go to the gym. At first I thought I had no energy because I didn't have my protein shake prior to working out, but I've had plenty of good food and water now and I still don't feel any better. Do I need to skip a day and rest some more? I don't want to burn out again, but I also want the most out of my 8 week plan. It's always something.... you can count on it.... something deep inside trying to keep you from reaching your goals. Next week it's my time of the month. I never used to work out then, here comes another challange.

-chest & abdominals-

10 min. cardio (rowing) warm up

abdominals, obliques and chest stretching

-Machine Wide Chest Presses (4 sets; 12-33lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Machine Flat Bench Presses (3 sets; 20-40lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Obliques (3 sets; 15-25 lbs; 25 reps)
-Leg Raises (3 sets; 25-18 reps)
-Crunches (3 sets; 25 reps)

25 min cardio (eliptical trainer) manuel course
-resistance: 10
-incline: 10
-avarage speed: 128 SPM
-distance: 2.54 miles

stretching 5 min.
