Ready to Scream!

Work is really getting to me right now. I work in a call center and talk to people about their money all day. Basically I am tied to my phone for 7.5 hours a day, sitting on my butt. This week has been really busy and we haven't had a full hour for lunch at all. That extra 30 minutes at least lets me relax and think about nothing. I am so tense by the end of the day I can't stand it. So, I guess it's good to blow off some steam at the gym. Honestly, I just don't feel like I'm being true to myself lately.

Sorry for the rant. Here's the workout:

Tradmill warm up: 5 minutes 4mph with 2% grade

1 Arm DB Rows: 30X12

DB Front Raise: 15X10
Bench Press: 105X12 115X9 115X6 125X4 105X6
Pec Deck: 70X9
Seated DB Curls 20X12 22.5X9 22.5X6 22.5X4 20X6
Hammer Curls: 15X6
Tri Push Downs: 60X12 70X9 70X6 80X2 60X8
Overhead DB Ext: 30X9
