Ready, set, go!!!

Today I began a new venture to a new me! I did a 45 minute workout and a brisk walk around my neighborhood.  I feel great!  I wish my appetite would go away, since I had the baby, I have done nothing but sit on my booty!  I relized as my pant size grew two times ina matter of about a month and a half that, I was heading down hill fast!!  So today I am eating right and making myself sweat!!  I will fit in my wedding dress next month and I will make my husband's eyes pop when he sees his bride!!  I know I seem very giddy, but I am young and should be full of energy so my attitude has to match that, right?  I am currently a muscely size 18.  It's not that bad but I ain't trying to go there again....... Anyone have any advice or a meal plan that is working with their routine?  I will take all the help I can get short of bootcamp!!  HAHA!

    As a mom with a 2 1/2 year old and a 6 month old my advice as babe gets older is don't forget to eat! Sounds backwards, but we tend to look after everyone else before ourselves and then grab junk food because we are starving and our sugar levels have crashed. Have 6 smaller healthy meals a day to speed up your metabolism. Congrats on the upcoming wedding by the way : )
