Had a great time in the gym - there was a guy lifting weights who was on really good form, joking with everyone - he broke the ice by accusing me of breaking the Smith machine with my 5kg plates! Usually my gym isn't that friendly, so it made a nice change.

Arnold press 10x4, 8x5, 5x6 left shoulder was making horrible crunch noise, every single rep, doing these
Lateral raises 10x3, 8x4, 4x5
60 mins on treadmill, really easy pace 65-70% MHR - basically a recovery session after yesterdays cycling.
