Oh how I remember now that heavy weightlifting and baseball do not mix. Shoulder and elbows talking to me a little bit when doing pressing movements. Went light, strict, pump, and short time in between sets.

Pre-Exhaust

Flat Bench Dbl Flies (T.B.S. 30 seconds)
5x10x30lbs

Barbell Bench Press (T.B.S. 30-45 seconds)
15x10x135

Standing Barbell Curls w/armblaster(T.B.S. 30-60 seconds)
10x10x75

Weather permitting, batting practice tonight for 2 hours. The fun stuff!!!!!!!!!!
