  • I call it Vanilla Orange-Berry Creme Smoothie
  • So, in order....
  • 8 oz. Simply Orange Pulp Free Orange Juice
  • 1 5.3 oz. container of Blueberry Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate in Vanilla Creme
  • At the gym this morning:
  • 20 min Elliptical
  • 3 sets of 15 twisting crunches
  • 3 sets of 15 leg raises
  • 3 sets of 15 russian twists
  • 3 sets of 20,16,14 machine assisted wide grip chins
  • 3 sets of 15 lat pulldowns
  • 3 sets of 15 dumbbell shrugs
  • 3 sets 20,16,14 chest press
  • 3 sets of 20,16,14 machine flat bench presses
  • 3 sets of 20,16,14 machine flat bench dumbbell fly
