procrastination

OK, so i haven't done my routines i'm suggested to do. I just can't get motivated enough to get off my butt to do anything. Today i went with my aunt thrift store shopping....and bought a scale...ugh. I was NOT happy with what it said because in the last few months i have gained more weight instead of losing it. I can't afford the gym, which i feel if i could go there i would see others working out and it would get me moving more. It would be soooo much easier if i had someone to kick me in the butt everyday and make me do SOMETHING lol Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my mind set better and get me more motivated to move around? I'm lazy i know i'm lazy, i keep telling my self "ok tomorrow, i have to do this" then tomorrow comes and i do the same old thing...nothing.

    I've been in the same boat as you, many many times before. I actually was that way for about a month in till 2 days ago. I looked at myself in the mirror and said " If you want this weight gone, if you want it gone BAD you will do everything in your power to get rid of it no matter how tiring, stressful, and overwhelming it can be. " Look at it as, a year from now, if you started working out TODAY, thats a extra day to get the weight off, but if you just sit around, and never choose to take the step, a year from now, it will still be on. I hope that has helped. Motivation is the key to success. Focus on the big picture, we all slip up. Just try not to do it often, because the momentum you build shoots out the window once you quit for awhile.
