Pre-Workout Day 6

I'm so tiredddd. This is my last workout for the week and I have to finish stong. I will be camping all weekend and won't be able to access any workouts online. I'll be canoeing and swimming though, so that should account for something. I just can't get motivated this morning. I think I'm working too much at once. I always hear people picking different days for different muscles and this workout has me doing everything every day I work out. I can tell you my abs are so sore it makes me nauseous. Lol...it feels good though. However, I don't do the normal crunches anymore. I have a little rug burn or something on my butt lol from my mat I think... I don't know, but the little stinker hurts and I can't do crunches or anything laying down until it heals. I tuck my feet in a desk drawer and hang off a chair and get some crazy good sit-ups in. I wish I had a heavy bag or something to hang on. It is tightening my tummy up really quick. Especially my upper abs. I have to look up how to work my lower ones better. Ughhh ... I guess I better get to it. I still have to grocery shop and pack for this weekend.  
Maybe once I get some money up and get some better workout stuff, I'll start specific muscle training daily instead of the full-body every day. We will see.
