Pre-Weight Loss

So today, I made the decision to finally change myself for the better. I'm tired of always being self-concious and hating my reflection. 
I thought that by taking my measurements once a fortnight, I could see a definite change in weight loss.

My Measurements/Statistics:
Weight: 15 Stone, 8 Pounds.   
BMI: 35.08 (Obese)
Bust: 44.5 inches
Waist:42.5 inches
Hips: 48 inches

I've decided to work out on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, leaving Tuesdays and Sundays to rest. I'm going to make a couple of charts/tables in order to help me track my progress and creating a "reward scheme". If I do my work out for each day I have set aside and only have a maximum of one glass of pop per day, I will reward myself with something on Sunday whether it be a food I'd consider a 'treat' or an item of clothing etc. 

By using the Wii Fit and the Wii Fit plus, I can do extra exercise and have fun whilst doing it. 

I've set myself a goal of losing 3 pound in a fortnight. I think this is slightly challenging as I'm a beginner, but not too challenging that it will be virtually impossible to reach. 

Well, that's all for now. The fun begins tomorrow.
