Plan for tonight:

1: I am going to cook a fresh, healthful meal and relax by reading a good book for about 45 minutes.
2: I am going to do Leslie Sansone's "4 Big Miles" DVD (56 minutes total).
3. I am going to be in bed reading by no later than 10:30pm.
4: I am going to set my alarm for waking at 8:30am and create a plan for tomorrow right away.

Total Fitness Minutes: 56
