Today I woke up very thirsty. I ate a little less than 1200 calories and ate about every two to three hours. A few hunger pains but nothing unbearable. I did aerobics and a little bit of weights in the morning and ran in the evening. I kept a protein bar in my purse. I just don't think I'm drinking enough water and only lost. .5 lb. But could be more muscle. I do feel more toned.
