ok so tonight didnt go as well as I was hoping but here's what went down:
one arm db rows: 26x15, 36x12, 56x10, (BB)95x8
flat bench: 95x15, 155x12, 185x8, 195x5
Flat Flyes: 10x15, 10x12, 25x10, 25x8
front raises: 5x15, 10x12, 25x10, 25x8
rear delt raises: 5x15, 10x12, 10x10, 25x8
close grip bench: 45x15, 85x12, 95x10, 135x7
HIIT on Elliptical 1 min intervals lv2, lvl6, lvl 10,---3 cycles done 9 mins 2.4 miles
P.S. After thought I did slice my hand on sunday which may have affected my lifts and it did split back open on the 7th rep on close grips.
