First clipless pedal incident on the new bike yesterday:
Approaching a roundabout, didn't get my shoes out the pedals in time (therefore was unable to put my foot down to balance myself), and ended up lying on the ground with my bike on top of me!

just cycled about 7 miles, and later went to the gym and did 6 mins on the treadmill.

Weather is gorgeous today, I will go out on teh bike for as long as my back will let me.
