I forgot to log sundays workout - I did legs. I really struggled to hold onto the weights for squats and calf raises - I'm getting near 30kg. my wrists are pretty sore just now - I don't know if it's the hypermobile thing because I haven't injured them at all. It really made me struggle to reach failure, it was a disappointing workout. I think I may have to use fixed weights until my wrists are better. At least I can now I've joined a gym.
I finished night shift monday and was too tired to workout and yesterday I went to London for an exam and didn't get back until late, so I have not worked since sunday. I miss it.
