Only six more weeks!

Wow, that first six weeks flew by.

Warm up: 3x10 walking lunges
SLDL's: 4 sets, 15x85,12x85,10x95,8x105
Stationary lunges: 3 sets w/barbell 12x50,10x50,8x50
Side lunges: 3 sets, 12x50,10x50,8x50
Step-ups: 12x50,10x50,8x50 -- Found a higher step to use in the weight room. It is part of a shoulder press bench (not sure what it is really called, but similar to a bench press only the bar is positioned high so you sit and do shoulder presses). Anyway, the back has a step for the spotter which is perfect for step ups as long as nobody is using it for shoulders. I had never noticed the step portion before...Cindy brought it to my attention. Now we don't have to drag our barbells to the other side of the gym or risk breaking mirrors. BTW, the mirrored stretch area that I violated last week is bare...every last bit of mirror removed from the walls. So, apparently they had other plans for it, otherwise they would have just replaced the broken section, right?
