Well, my wife took me for a 45 minute walk last night. She keeps a hell of a pace. Didn't get the urge to pee on a tree; we were moving to damn fast.


25 minutes stationary bike today...

Levels 5 & 6 (knee felt pretty good; sounded bad, but felt ok.) We might try a little more tension next time.
