Oh so close to the halfway mark...

Warm up light DB rows: 10x15,10x15,10x15
One arm db rows: 4 sets, 15x35, 12x35, 10x40, 8x45
Narrow grip pulldowns: 3 sets, 12x70,10x70,8x70
Bench Press: 4 sets, 15x65,12x75,10x80,8x85
Flat DB Flys: 3 sets, 12x25,10x25,8x25
Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets, 15x15,12x20,10x20,8x20
front raises: 4 sets, 12x15, 10x15, 8x15

Pretty uneventful (didn't break anything of make any loud noises), but felt good. A woman who is a regular at the gym and has been lifting weights for 18 years told Josie that she remembered what I looked like when I first really starting training seriously and said I'm half the size now. Well, not quite, but it was nice to know that someone who takes this seriously noticed the changes.

The big question....will I make it back to the gym for HIIT tonight. Have not been doing too well on the cardio...the more I don't do it, the less I want to do it. I think I will go.
