Another workout the was exhausting, but felt great. Inclines this week really hit the tri's, and upper inner chest, shoulders didn't hurt at all. I was to vertical last week, that's why my shoulders got the pump.

Can't figure out why I jumped so high on the weights compared to last week. Feeling good, knock on wood....
