Chest & Bi-ceps
Flat Bench: 12x135, 10x135, 8x145, 6x155 (Very sore wrist and thumb, right hand side, painful, impeding movement & weight)
Pec Deck: 12x80, 10x85, 8x90, 6x100 (Can go higher weight on all sets)
Incline DB: 12x80, 10x90, 8x100, 6x110 (Excellent, went to failure)
DB Fly's: 12x50, 10x40, 8x50, 6x60.
Barbell Curl: 12xBar, 10x45, 8x65, 6x75 (Can go higher in first 2 sets)
Reverse Preacher: 12x20, 10x20, 8x25, 6x30 (New PB -30)
Concentration Curls: 12x20, 10x25
21's: Bar, 35
Excellent water day, super clean food, must be better with supplements.
