Nothing Like working out maybe 3 times a month!

Baseball game yesterday; my kids got killed. 30 to 7; ick! Where is my pitching????
Needed some quiet time, so I lifted. I am already starting to feel the pains of isolation.

Felt great to do something again. Knees are feeling pretty good. Wrapping the crap out of them, and icing them regularly. Coaching has taken up most of my time 2-3 games a week, and 2 practices a week. I can't take me knee brace off, talk about some strange tan lines. Another game tomorrow, practice on Saturday, and helping my neighbor tear off and re-roof his house in between all this. 1 house down, and this one, and another to go. Don't mind the work, just have to cut down on the consumption of beer afterwards.See you all on the logs in a couple of weeks!
***Mutt, hope things are going better for you and your family. Charlie; I can't explain the sadness I felt when you shared the story about the family that recently lost there child. I can think of no words that would help in this situation. So sad........

charlie and mutt; you both are in my prayers everyday; just ask my kid! He is giong crazy trying to figure out just who the heck charlie and mutt are at bedtime prayers. I guess I might just have him watch me log on sometime, and bring up your pictures. Nah, I love his expressions and comments; maybe someday though.
