Leg day...this is always a killer.
Warm up
Hack Squat 15X160 12X180 10X180 8X200
45 Deg Leg Press 15X210 12X300 9X390 7X405
Leg Ext 15X75 12X80 8X85 7X90
Lying Lg Curl 15X75 9X80 7X80 6X85
Seated Calf 15X130 12X150 10X170 8X190
At this point I was really shaky-legged (is that a word?) and headed for the locker room to change and leave. It always feels good when everything is over, but my oh my, how it hurts while you're doing it.
