I feel extremely weak and my body is aching all over, like it's trying to fight off some kind of bug. I haven't been able to sleep much at all since Friday. Every little noise wakes me up and I have to go look and check on Silvie. The good news is she's doing a lot better now and starting to be her old self again. Thanks everybody for all your prayers! In addition the weather here has been horrible, non-stop rain and it's really dark out all day. My diet has been good, I'm just not finding the strenght to work out right now. I will try to do some cardio tonight......
