Not feeling motivated
I have not been feeling to motivated to run. I just hate the fact that, I want to work out with my hubby but I know it is hard for him. I would like to build some confidence and go at it alone, but I need or want his support. We are going to start a New thing today, where we will go walking or jogging. He has agreed to help me lose weight. My only problem is going out and doing it.
