well really sucks...I did a half workout friday that blew mostly because of my wife wanting to go to a busy restaurant on a friday night...details i will spare those...so i was real tired only did DL
135x10, 185x8, 225x6, 265x4, 315x2
did 14 mins cardio HIIT intervals WHICH BLEW I WAS AIMING FOR 18

So today (sunday) normally a day off for me I decided to punish/push myself on a day off wife was gone so it was bliss..since i know i quit my workout on friday (mind let my body down) I call this my big boy pants workout.

SUCK IT UP AND GO PUT ON YOUR BIG BOY PANTS:
HIIT cardio 2 min lvl2. 1min lvl6, 10, 12, 2 min lvl2
Flat Bench: 135*15, 165*12, 185*8, 185*8
Preacher curls: 55*15, 80*10, 90*10, 105*8
tricep close grip bench: 135*12, 155*8, 135*10
HIIT Cardio 12 mins: 1 min intervals lvl 2,6,10

THEN neighbor mowed edged lawn which made mine look horrible so pumped up. I mowed front and sides yard (5k sq ft) non stop push mower, edged it blew off driveway and street then fertilized entire yard.

Mind:preoccupied, depressed
Body: not cooperating lol
