Had a decent workout today not earth shattering or bad.
Barbell Incline Bench Presses 12x95,6x105,5x105,4x105
Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12x30,8x45,8x45,9x50
Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly 12x15,10x25,10x25,10x30
Standing Overhead Cable Extensions 12x50,20x75,6x85,20x80
Dumbbell Kickbacks 12x25,12x35,10x35,8x40
Incline Bench Crunches 0x10,0x10
Ball Straight Crunch 0x10,0x10
Took it easy on bench presses after having to be rescued last week :) lol loaded up 135 by accident then decided to try it. got 8 reps done and had to get rescued. by a female gym trainer. Was very embarressed.
kinda screwed up the cable extensions. did not have good balance and support on feet in 3rd set.
feel overall very good. Right arm feels very fatigued. left over from shoveling snow on sunday?
