Had my usual 5s game with the shift this afternoon and didn't feel great during the game. Right away my breathing was funny and I didn't have my inhaler, however not a major problem. Not a bad game all things considered.
Unfortunately I've obviously had a bug working on me and it's running through me at the moment. Nice way to end the day. Lots of hot water for me and not much else.
I'll be fine by the time Saturday am comes and I'm in the gym.
