Yesterday morning I weighed 175!!! That's 3 lbs more than the day before!!! I must start watching my diet. Yesterday's workout had the following numbers:
Excercise time 1:32
In Zone 1:11
Ave HR 120
Calories burned 795 with 50% fat
The focus was hips and calfs. Calfs are still to sore to work, but, the excercise routine tonight includes calfs.
Diet yesterday was Adkins shake, half an MHP Mass bar, Adkins shake, and for dinner 3 eggs with spinach and 1/2 lb of turkey breast. I snacked on some dried cherries and had a chocolate covered strawberry.
Total calorie intake was about 800
