Today's workout was for triceps and biceps. I need to lighten the weights for the dumbell kickbacks to acheive better form. I used 20lbs and should have gone to 17.5lbs but didn't. The form was rough. I'm still having trouble with seated dumbell curls. Again, I am using too heavy of a weight at 20lbs. I was unable to complete last two sets.
For cardio I did 12.5 minutes forward on the eliptical machine and then 12.5 minutes in reverse. Reverse is a movement I struggled with. I think I should do more reverse until I build up strength for it. Still trying to take in more calories.
